When are you open?
Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where is the studio?
138 Montgomery Blvd, Orangeville, ON L9W 5C1, a short drive from Mono, Shelburne, Grand Valley and Caledon. When you arrive, access the property from Honeysuckle Lane behind the home and park in the rear driveway. Please don't park on Honeysuckle Lane itself.
How many sessions will I need?
Hair grows in cycles, so laser hair removal is done as a series of sessions rather than a single visit. The number varies from person to person depending on your hair, skin and treatment area. Brittney can talk you through what to expect.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
The Soprano ICE Platinum is designed to be virtually painless. Its built-in ICE cooling keeps the skin's surface cool while the laser works. Everyone's sensitivity is a little different, so if you're nervous, ask Brittney what a session feels like before you book.
Is it right for my skin and hair type?
The Soprano ICE Platinum is designed for all skin types. Results can still vary with things like hair colour, so Brittney will talk through your skin and hair with you before you start.
Does laser work on blonde, red, grey or white hair?
Laser targets the pigment in the hair, so it works best on darker hair in the treatment area. Lighter shades respond differently from person to person, and mixed colours are common. If you're not sure where yours falls, book a free consultation and Brittney will assess it in person.
I have a tattoo in the treatment area. Can I still book?
Laser isn't performed directly over tattoos or permanent makeup. Depending on the spot, Brittney can often treat around it. Book a free consultation to plan it together.
What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please message Brittney before booking so she can help you plan the right timing for your treatments.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation and aftercare instructions will be shared when you book. To add: prep & aftercare instructions
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, and they're free. A consultation is the best first step if you're not sure laser is right for your hair or skin: Brittney will look at the area, answer your questions and recommend a plan. Send a message or a booking request to set one up.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged 50% of the treatment price; after a no-show, the next treatment must be prepaid. Running late? Brittney will complete as much of your treatment as the remaining time allows. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rebooked and treated as a no-show.
